Choose Starter, Essentials or Statement, then answer a short style check: sizes, fits you avoid, colours you live in. That profile drives every box, and you can edit it whenever your taste moves.
Step 2: Ship
We pack every box by hand in Chicago and launch them on the 1st of the month. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days in the US, and it is always free for subscribers. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Step 3: Repeat
Love it? Do nothing, the next box is already on the runway. Wrong size? Swap free within 30 days. Closet full? Skip a month or pause. Cancel any time before the 25th and nothing else is charged. No fees, no phone calls.

What comes in a box?
Starter is one tee and one accessory. Essentials is a top, a layer or bottom, and an accessory. Statement is a hero piece (outerwear or denim) plus two supporting pieces. Every piece is picked to the sizes and taste in your style profile. See the box comparison for details.
When does my box ship?
Boxes launch on the 1st of every month. Subscribe by the 25th and your first box is in that launch; subscribe later and it goes out the following month. Your card is charged on the 28th.
Can I skip a month, pause or cancel?
Yes, all three, from your account before the 25th. Skipping moves you one month ahead, pausing holds your spot until you come back, and cancelling stops everything after the box already on its way. There are no fees and nobody calls you.
Do I have to get a box every month?
No. Every box comes in an every-month or every-2-months plan. Pick the cadence when you subscribe and change it whenever you like.
Can I change to a different box later?
Any time. Move between Starter, Essentials and Statement from your account and the change applies to the next launch.
What if something does not fit?
Swap it. Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, and we send the new size before you post the old one back. Update your profile at the same time so the next box gets it right.
What is the return policy?
Unworn items with tags can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Start a return from your order and we email a prepaid label. Full details are in our returns policy.
How do you know my style?
Your style profile: sizes, fits you avoid, colours you live in and a few yes/no picks. It takes about two minutes when you subscribe, and every swap or rating you make sharpens the next box.
