Questions, answered.
When does my first box ship?
Subscribe before the 25th and your first box launches on the 1st of next month. After the 25th it joins the following launch. Either way you get tracking the day it ships.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Skip from your account any time before the 25th. Skipped months are not charged, and your cadence carries on from the next launch.
What if something does not fit?
Swaps are free for 30 days after delivery. Start the swap from your order, we email a label, the right size ships as soon as we scan the return.
Can I buy pieces outside the box?
Always. Everything in the shop is available one-off, and box members get early access to each drop. Essentials and Statement see it first.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in two taps. No phone call, no fee. Cancel before the 25th and you will not be charged for the next box.
